Update: 21:30 GMT Well that didn't last long lol. Thanks to Jessica who confirmed to me that this was a photo taken as part of the Monte Carlo festival.
Thanks to my friend Amy who came across this photo today. I'm posting it in rumours for now as I'm not sure if it's a photo from Lost or just a cast interview. The shirt and suit look very similar to the one that Jack is wearing in the Promo for this weeks episode.
