Pretty sure this is 100% truthful but until I can get another confirmation I'll post it in rumours.
Who could have possibly been on the airplane I was on heading for Hawaii yesterday? I would have never noticed except the flight attendants made a big deal out of it. We were both up in first class but he was in the very fist row with all the legroom and he had his privacy. This he I speak of is of course Nestor Carbonell, a.k.a. Richard Alpert. As he departed the airplane with his wife/girlfriend, I asked him if he was filming Lost again. He and his wife smiled and they said he couldn't say anything. He said that he wasn't in Hawaii for pleasure and that I should "keep an eye out for him on Thursday nights". So he basically spelled it out for me without saying anything.
He was picked up by a driver's service and taken to his hotel.

How this can be debunked... first class. I've flown from LAX and other places that actors are flying to/from, and seen dozens of actors... and NEVER seen one in first class, believe it or not. Alec Baldwin, Willem Dafoe, Bill Paxton, just a few examples... all flew coach with the rest of us. So... Nestor Carbonell... well, *maybe* LOST gives their cast cherry treatment, or Carbonell himself bucked for first class, but generally, I'd call B.S. on this.

Actually, I should clarify... I believe the idea that Nestor Carbonell is coming back to film some stuff for the rest of season 4(in fact, I think this was already confirmed elsewhere?). What I was calling B.S. on specifically was this "scoop" that this person saw him on the airplane, talked to him, etc.
Excellent if true.
We know Richard is one of the Others who can come and go from the island, so who knows what he has been up to?
This opens up a lot of possibilities.
I don't doubt that someone saw him on a flight, we all know he is coming back anyway. What I find amusing is this:

Really? To his hotel? Did you follow them there? LOL People get carried away sometimes. Funny.
And I'll bet he didn't look a day older.
